Welcome to the world of Caroline’s Botanicals—where Southern soul meets Japanese tradition. From handmade Kokedama to fresh plumeria plants and event-ready moss bars, you’ll find everything you need to bring intentional greenery into your life.
Green is just the Beginning

what is a kokedama?
Kokedama, meaning “moss ball” in Japanese, is a centuries-old art form rooted in bonsai and the wabi-sabi philosophy of natural beauty. By wrapping plant roots in a soilless growing medium and moss, each Kokedama becomes a sculptural, soil-free display—celebrating nature’s imperfect beauty.
where to buy
Beyond our own events, we’re proud to collaborate with local retailers who share our passion for craft and community. At the R.Riveter Flagship store in downtown Southern Pines, you’ll find our custom kokedamas displayed alongside their beautifully made, American-crafted goods. You’ll also find us at Sun & Soul Collective in Carthage and The Garden Center by AOS.
